How to Pay by Bank Transfer:
- At checkout, select “Bank Transfer” as your payment method.
- After placing your order, you will immediately receive an email with our bank account details and your unique Order Number.
- Make the transfer from your bank (mobile app, internet banking, or branch).
- Please include your Order Number in the transfer reference/description to help us match your payment quickly.
Once we receive and confirm your payment, your order status will be updated and you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be processed and shipped.
Important Note
- Products in your order are reserved for 3 working days after the order is placed.
- If we do not receive payment within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and the items returned to stock.
- For faster processing, we recommend making the bank transfer on the same day you place the order.
